Savour a remarkable evening of Pinot Noir, where exceptional wines from Maison Louis Latour, Martin’s Lane, and Alois Lageder are paired with our signature refined cuisine. Carefully curated by Sommelier Roland Meseck, this exclusive dinner features special guests Christian Pisetta (Alois Lageder), Mark Allen (Maison Louis Latour), and Shane Munn (Martin’s Lane Winery), offering insight and commentary on their wines. Each selection is thoughtfully matched with a three-course menu by Chef Kane Van Ee, designed to highlight its nuance and complexity. Together, the pairings provide a harmonious exploration of Pinot Noir’s global expressions.
