Guests will be guided through six wines that showcase the remarkable breadth and personality of the Pearl Morissette portfolio, from textured, mineral‑driven whites to soulful, energetic reds. We are pleased to welcome Ludovic Garnier, sommelier and longtime advocate for the estate, who will lead the evening’s tasting and share insight into the winery’s distinctive vision and practices. To complement the wines, Chef Kane Van Ee has crafted a five‑course tasting menu, designed to highlight the vitality, purity, and nuance of each pairing.
