On Sunday, October 20, join us for a special three-course brunch with sparkling wine pairings at Auberge du Pommier. The day will begin with a Taittinger Champagne reception on the covered terrace, featuring an interactive oyster shucking station with all the accoutrements. The bubbles will keep on flowing as guests are seated inside for a decadent three-course brunch, highlighting luxe ingredients such as Imperial caviar and black truffle. Each course will be paired with a different French crémant, showcasing the regions of Bordeaux, Jura and Limoux.
