Food Day Canada

On Saturday, August 5, we invite you to take part in a countrywide appreciation for Canadian ingredients, cooking styles and techniques. Created by Anita Stewart, one of Canada’s premiere culinary activists and food laureates, Food Day Canada aims to bring diners together to celebrate our local farmers, fishers, chefs, and more.

In recognition of this event, Chef Malcolm Campbell has crafted a special appetizer, entree, and dessert focused on fine Canadian ingredients. From Tamworth pork belly and Holland Marsh leeks to Niagara cherry and Propeller coffee, this is one menu you won’t want to miss!
