Au revoir, 2021!

It is time to bid adieu to a year of so much change, and hope for many positive things to arrive alongside 2022! To celebrate this momentous occasion, we invite you to Auberge du Pommier for a meal to remember. Chef Tim Schulte has planned an exquisite tasting menu, featuring indulgent dishes such as beef tartare, marinated burrata, and beef tenderloin & short rib. Finished with a take-home treat, we hope to make your New Year’s Eve a truly memorable experience.
