Ring in the new year with an elegant multi-course celebration at our refined French hideaway. On Wednesday, December 31, we invite you to savour an exquisite tasting menu crafted in honour of fresh beginnings and festive moments shared.

Chef Kane Van Ee and his culinary team present a luxurious progression of dishes featuring exceptional ingredients such as caviar, Brome Lake duck breast, wagyu rib eye, and East Coast lobster. Priced at $225 per person (excluding tax & gratuity), your evening concludes with a showstopping Forêt-Noire and petit fours — a decadent finale befitting the occasion. See menu below.

Please note: reservations are available at 5pm, 5:15pm and 5:30pm for a two-hour seating window. Second seating is from 7:15pm onwards.

For those seeking a truly elevated way to welcome 2026, we are pleased to present an exclusive Premium Tasting Menu — an intimate celebration with limited seats available, offered exclusively between 7:30pm and 8:15pm. Priced at $325 per person (excluding tax and gratuity), this unforgettable evening begins with a welcome drink, followed by a lavish ten-course tasting menu complemented by Veuve Clicquot.

To conclude the evening, guests will depart with a thoughtful New Year’s keepsake, including a beautifully boxed selection of macarons — a sweet reminder of the celebration.
