Canapé
2021 Brand et Fils ‘L’Oiseau et le Bouquet’ Muscat

–
Flammekueche
2022 J.M. Sohler Pinot Gris Grand Cru Winzenberg
Lush Pinot Gris with rosewater notes and a hint of sweetness. Its weight pairs seamlessly with the pork and cheese in this classic tart.
–
Choucroute
2017 Christian Binner Grand Cru Schlossberg Riesling
A very exciting wine to be pouring — this pure Alsatian Riesling comes from 60-year-old vines on a south-facing slope, cooled by winds from the nearby Vosges mountains. Aged 11 months on lees in neutral oak.
–
Fleischschnacka
2022 Pierre Frick Macération Gewürztraminer
An orange wine full of florality and structure. Its spice and tannin balance the dish’s mustard and rich pot-au-feu meat. A regional favourite.
–
Venison & Red Currant
2022 Pierre Frick Strangenberg Pinot Noir
Delicate yet wild, this lifted Pinot Noir enhances the tartness of red currant and pairs classically with venison.
