Our Wine Dinner Series is an ongoing exploration of benchmark bottles and emerging favourites, thoughtfully curated to spotlight regions, producers, and styles worth knowing. Some evenings feature special guests—winemakers, sommeliers, and importers—while others are guided by our own team, always with a focus on discovery and great storytelling. Each event is paired with a seasonal, modern French menu from Chef Kane Van Ee, designed to complement every pour—whether you’re joining us for an intimate communal table or a lively dining room celebration.
